After reading this article from the Russian news agency Ria Novosti (see below) I decided to search for the term "M. Gaddafi" in the
Torah (I used the Hebrew spelling used on Wikipedia:

along with the terms "ruler of" and "Libya" and found out that they all show up close to each others in a fairly tight cluster. All the
terms are at their lowest or near minimal skip in the Torah. The second lowest skip of the term "Libya" had the extension "Libya will be
desolate/in ruins". I also spotted the expression "he will be put to death" (which seems to confirm what the article says then) nearby
the axis term in one of the verses crossed by it:
Numbers 1:51: "And when the tabernacle setteth forward, the Levites shall take it down: and when the tabernacle is to be pitched, the
Levites shall set it up: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death."
This expression is exactly the same one found in this code found in advance foretelling the execution of Saddam Hussein (and it is
generally referring to judgments in the Bible):

I have no idea if this code is a prophecy or not and do not pretend it is, wait and see then.
